subdeu ("we", "our", or "the app") is a subscription tracking application that helps you manage, monitor, and stay on top of your recurring payments. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Account information
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from the authentication provider. This is used solely to identify your account.
Subscription data
You provide subscription details including service name, price, billing cycle, next billing date, category, notes, and brand color. This data is stored to provide the core functionality of the app.
Analytics data
We collect anonymous usage events (e.g. screen views, button taps, feature usage) through Wiredash to understand how the app is used and improve the experience. These events do not contain personally identifiable information.
Device information
Wiredash may automatically collect basic device metadata such as device model, operating system version, and app version to help diagnose issues. No advertising identifiers are collected.
Your account and subscription data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL) and stored in secure cloud infrastructure.
